Return Policy

Due to the nature of our Temporary Sewer Backflow Prevention Unit and its intended use in unsanitary sewer lines, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once the item has been used. We understand this may be inconvenient and are committed to helping you select the best product for your needs before purchase.

Our standard return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at jontreese1@gmail.com and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.
2. Return Initiation: Contact us first at jontreese1@gmail.com to receive a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Shipping: All returns need to be sent to our provided return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order on receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom orders, hazardous materials, and sale items, are not eligible for return. Please reach out if you have any specific questions.

Refunds:
